Club Pikl offers FREE standard shipping Australia-wide!.

Delivery generally takes between one and four business days depending on your location, although shipments are subject to product availability. We will always do our best to accommodate you and ensure your order is dispatched promptly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery. If we have incorrectly addressed the delivery, we will re-deliver, replace or refund the item at your choice. However, we cannot take responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect or insufficient address.

Exchange/ Refund

If you change your mind about your purchase, Club Pikl is happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange for a different colour. To arrange this, please contact us at play@clubpikl.com.au within seven days of receiving your parcel. Please note that all exchanges must be returned via registered or traceable postage, as Club Pikl cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return process. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Every Club Pikl product is checked carefully for faults before being sent. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please email us at play@clubpikl.com.au within seven days of receiving your parcel to arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds for legitimate defects will be processed via your original method of payment.
